Access to the Alii Support Portal enhances your connection to our support and help services. This guide walks you through the sign-up process for the Alii Support Portal and highlights the key features available to users once registered.

Registering for Support Portal
You must register and create your account first. Follow these steps to register:
- Go to the Sign up to Alii
page (example at left).
- You must enter your Full Name and Email
- Click Sign up

Registration requires using the email address issued to you by your organisation
- Check your inbox
You'll receive an email in the inbox of the address you registered (example below). Click on the Create a password link (highlighted below) in the email received. The email may get caught in your spam folder. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't appear in your inbox within five minutes.
- Choose your secret password
After clicking on the link in the email, you'll be directed to a page to create a password. Complete these tasks:
- (Optional) Update your preferred name in the Your name field
- Enter a password in the Your password field. Make sure your selected password satisfies the password requirements
- Click Set Password
Once a password has been entered successfully, you'll be navigated to the Alii Support Portal
Using the Alii Support Portal
Once registered, you can use these key Support Portal features:
Menu items
In the top right of the Support Portal are three options:
- Go to Alii App: Navigates the user to the Alii application. If you're accessing Alii on a new device, you may be asked to login first.
- Submit a request: Allows users to submit a question or concern directly to the Alii Helpdesk. Simply click on Submit a request in the top right, and follow the prompts.
- Profile icon: You can make account changes and view previously submitted Helpdesk interaction history. Click on your profile icon, and select an item from the dropdown.
Support guides
You can search the Alii knowledge base using the Search bar in the center of the page. You can also browse through the guides by categories by clicking on the tiles.
